Promise to Return Service Guarantee
If the pest problem should return or continue within the guarantee period, upon your request, we promise to return to your property and provide additional service at no extra charge. We will return as often as needed, within the guarantee period, to continue to work at correcting a pest problem making every effort to meet your satisfaction.Â
This guarantee is good only within the guarantee period and only in the area(s) and for the pest or pests that were included with the original service. The guarantee period begins on the day the original service was provided. We do request a reasonable waiting time following each service to allow for results.Â
When treating for pests that cause damage, we do not, in any way, guarantee to replace or repair any such items that have been damaged by the pest either before, during, or after services are rendered, even if pest activity continues after services are rendered.Â
Due to the nature and behavior of many pests, and due to situations that are beyond our control, 100% pest elimination is not always possible. Further services may be necessary for continued correction or prevention of a pest problem.Â
Services requested after the guarantee period expires will incur an additional charge. This is not a money back guarantee. This guarantee does not apply for customers under maintenance contracts/agreements. |
