Gary Fink: President and owner of DuRight Pest Control, Corp., Gary is actively involved full time in all areas of the Company. Beginning with DuRight in 1977 as a service technician, he became the owner, following the retirement of his father in 1980. He served for over eight years as a service technician while the family-owned business continued to develop. His dedication to our field of service inspired the high level of quality recognized at DuRight. Gary has also served on the Boards of the New York State Pest Management Association and the Syracuse Executives Association.

Dave Zedack: Service Manager for DuRight, Dave started with us in 1987. Dave’s primary responsibility is to oversee our entire Service Department. Part of his function involves assigning technicians to customer accounts, preparing our customer service schedule and working closely with our Quality Control Team. Dave works diligently to accommodate each of our customers with the service they expect.

Paul Coyne and Randy Wood: Paul and Randy work in our Quality Control & Technical Department. Their main focus is on delivering the best service available to our customers. We believe it is important that our service technicians are thoroughly trained to provide the top quality service our customers expect. Paul and Randy work directly with both new and veteran technicians to provide on-the-job and classroom training. New products, techniques, regulations and procedures are closely monitored by our QC Dept. In addition to training, Paul and Randy will also provide quality control audits to monitor our performance and respond to any customer concerns. The rest of our team is filled with professional pest control technicians, friendly sales people and a knowledgeable customer service staff-all who are happy to provide pest solutions for your pest problems.
